core dump on 0 Hz minimum note #68

Application crashes if minimum note is set to exactly 0.

Steps to reproduce:

Start Lingot
Go to Edit -> Preferences -> Settings
Set minimum note manually to 0 Hz
Press apply

Expected result:
Minimum note changes to 0Hz

Actual Result:
segmentation fault (core dumped) ./lingot
