Deleted favorites folder still coming back

Again, great app. Using Edge, the Deleted Favorites folder keeps getting checked as visible. I remove the X in the options and the checkbox gets enabled again randomly and periodically.

Its not a big deal, but I do need to open the settings and uncheck it again. Any help would be appreciated.
