Currently, user cannot choose options (private/public, options, title, thumbnail) when posting blog. They can edit later.

=> This is a problem when we support private blog. We need to let them choose early.

=> Add a Ready to Post for blog post. Similar to "Edit blog post" dialog. Let user choose things before actually posting.
