Impact:

  • Users are unable to submit proposals from saved drafts, which disrupts their workflow and hinders their ability to engage with the platform effectively.
  • This issue may lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among users, potentially resulting in a negative impact on user experience and platform usage.

Current Solution:

  • Users are currently required to manually copy the content from the saved draft, create a new proposal, and painstakingly fill in all the details again. While the content can be pasted, other necessary information must be updated manually.
  • Alternatively, users may choose to submit the proposal directly without utilizing the saved draft feature.

Proposed Solution:

  • Implement a backend update to seamlessly synchronize the milestone-based table with the saved draft. This enhancement will streamline the process, allowing users to submit proposals directly from their saved drafts without the need for manual intervention. By automating the update process, users can save time and effort, ensuring a smoother workflow and enhancing overall user experience.
