What needs to be done

There should be a committee that is in charge of reviewing proposals and progress reports to see if they are within the guidelines of the CPS. The reviews should provide guidance on actions or in extreme cases reject projects

Why it needs to be done

Validators do not always do a good job checking projects

Acceptance Criteria

• The review committee should be able to be voted in and out
• The review committee should be able to provide notes on proposals and progress reports
• The review committee should be able to reject projects in extreme cases
