概要

Teamを↓の2つにする
- Admins
  - OrgのOwner (maintainer) ロールにもなる
- (名称未設定)
  - 現役メンバーのみ追加
    - 運営委員
    - 開発に参加してくれる実行委員
  - 各リポジトリで Write 権限を持つ
  - 名前募集中
Team 無所属
- OrgのBase permissionsが適用される
- Read権限になる予定

作業内容

locals

team-ictscxxxx.tf 配下の ictscxxxx_members を1つの配列にまとめる
- ictsc-members とかそんな感じで
- 配列内に適宜コメント行を挟んでおくと良いかも
- 複数年度運営を務めている人は重複する気がする
  - 目grepして加入年度のみの記載にしたさはある
  - 最悪重複しても toset でいい感じになるのでまあ
team-hoge.tf を作成
- 名前募集中
- 現役メンバーの一覧

github.tf

team リソース
- hoge チームを追加
- ictscxxxx チームを削除
team_member リソース
- hoge チームの紐づけを追加
- ictscxxxx チームの紐づけを削除
