idOS Dashboard looping when adding (first) credential

• select Add a Credential

• Select Verify with Fractal ID

• confirm 'Liveness'

• check box to advance
• Select Sign and Grant Access

• sign with metamask (browser extension)
• redirected back to the beginning

Thanks for reaching out. I am not sure what you mean by 'redirected back to the beginning'. Can you please clarify?
When you pass the journey, you should be redirected to the idOS Dashboard again, and you should be able to see your credentials in there. I guess this is not your case?

Are you being redirected back to the Data Dashboard? The flow should redirect you to https://dashboard.idos.network/success and then forward you to https://dashboard.idos.network

It can't go to the 'success' page if it doesn't ask for a credential at all.

It starts and ends at the dashboard.

The series f screenshots in the initial report is what I see.
