Bug: Viewing window out of centre because of display scale

It appears that atom-architect does not correctly scale with the display scale of windows.

In Windows (11) the recommended display scale is 125%. As seen in the image below the atom viewer is not centered and while trying to select the atom in the middle of the viewer, the position of the pointer and the selected atom do not align.

While putting the display size at 100% the bug/problem is solved.
