toolsets for web crawler

- programed 5 years ago, first written in tclsh, and then python whe ni try to learning python;
- only me can use;
- terrible APIs;
- so i dont want to write readme for this project;
- amf0,amf3 support
- rfc6265 partly support moved to kukibanshee
- nettime decode support moved to nozdorm
- can simulate jsonp behavior, need to work with other libs ,such as js2py.
