Air Obstruction Light cannot be associated to a SiloTank

During test conversion, we have discovered that air obstruction lights cannot be associated with a Silo/Tank via a structure/equipment composition. We have several large silos that are so high that they need to be equipped with air obstruction lights. SMA think that this should be possible and that this should be added in the next version of S-101.
