Attribute Speed Limit should not have UOM Knots in Feature Catalogue

In S-101 2.0.0 the Speed Limit simple attribute retains the Unit Of Measure (UOM) of Knot.

This should be removed due to the introduction of the complex attribute Vessel Speed Limit which uses a specific simple attribute to indicate the relevant UOM instead.

DCEG 29.41 also makes reference to Knots which should be corrected.

In the pick report this results in a duplication of the UOM. See image below. TDS0017 refers.

It seems that when the remodelling took place this was not amended as part of the Feature Catalogue changes.

Propose that this should be fixed in the next release of the S-101 Feature Catalogue. There should be no impact on existing data.
