IHP reworks how the PSP model is loaded, so adapt image setup as well. See IHP-GmbH/IHP-Open-PDK#162

Took more work as expected due to a nasty thing with PSP models causing a crash in ngspice, but finally solved thanks to @MrHighVoltage.
