ani用户角色添加了相关权限

可见上方并没有附件接口，但是 ani用户能照样进行附件目录创建

预期是怎样

正常时不允许添加附件目录的

如何复现

  1. 添加相关的角色权限
  2. 给用户分配这个角色
  3. 登录这个用户
  4. 进附件创建目录
