[24.10]luci-app-acme不会自动申请证书

Describe the bug

在服务-acme证书中添加配置后再点击保存并应用后并不会自动申请证书:

执行 /etc/init.d/acme status 显示结果为inactive
确认配置正确，手动执行/etc/init.d/acme start申请成功
不太确定是否是上游的问题，之前使用openwrt-21.02时相同配置工作正常

• I am reporting an issue for ImmortalWrt, not an unsupported fork.

故障似乎是因为上游在/etc/init.d/acme中删除了START项导致服务不能被正确enable，手动修改后再次enable后系统-启动项中可以看到acme。
但是最近上游的master分支中START项又被重新添加
还需要一些时间使用上游版本进一步验证问题所在
