Acceptance criteria | Specific requirements and acceptance tests that must be met to consider product backlog items completed from the customer's or product owner's point of view. The definition of acceptance criteria sounds similar to the definition of readiness, but in reality these concepts are different: the acceptance criteria relate to the client's requirements for a specific backlog item, and the criteria of readiness are formed by the team and relate to many elements |
Definition of Ready (DoR) | The criteria that determine that a task or user story can be taken into development. That is, these are the criteria that must be met before the team takes the task into development ("input filter") |
Definition of Done (DoD) | These are quality requirements for the product and its increments — a description of what needs to be done to consider the work on the future increments completed ("output filter") |
Objective key result (OKR) | This is a method that allows to achieve the involvement of employees, synchronize the organization in terms of measurable and at the same time ambitious goals, ensure the movement of all participants in the process in the same direction with clear priorities and a given rhythm |
Product analytics | This tool allows to explore data about user behavior in real time. Goal: to help the whole team rethink the vision of the product and take the necessary actions for improvement |
