Before starting to change files in the scope of this branch
Only keep generated stuff + _* (e.g. for _build and _checkouts)
Don't let it to chance
Also eases fork CI pre-pull request
- tweak erl_opts - update deps' and project plugins' versions - tweak dialyzer options - tweak `test` profile (and put all test stuff inside) - add ex_doc - tweak alias test - add format - add hank - tweak xref

This isn't as big as it looks, though there's possibly a lotta changes.
