If you drag an item from the board to the shelf, it flashes briefly but noticeably on release.

The same thing happens in the other direction.

So looking at this more, it seems to happen for web pages, but not for images or text.

Ah, I think this is an issue with how iframes re-render but I think there's not really any way to fix that. Calling this as WONTFIX. :(
