As a contributor, when submitting a new web-content, I would like to have a selection-option with all site members listed. When one or more members are chosen from the list, they will get an email notification (once) with a link, that the new web content is online (and thus interesting for them).
It is to be seen as a simple workflow, so I can delegate tasks from the web content.

Alternatively there could be a task delegation portly attached to any other content, which can specify 1 to n tasks to different site members from one web content.

With the Kaleo Workflow Engine (http://www.liferay.com/de/marketplace/-/mp/application/15193893) we can define workflows, where you can assign a task (review an article, publish an article) to a certain user. The user will receive a notice via email when she or he is assigned a task.

One should also be able to assign a task to a role or group (e.g. site-members), which is informed, when a task is assigned.

Whether it's possible to select more than one user from a list or not we will have to check.
