Add a link to the documentation repository in the README.md of the following repositories:

• This issues repository
• revanced-patches
• revanced-manager
• rvx-builder
• revanced-cli
• revanced-cli-arsclib
• revanced-patches-arsclib

The link can be to the documentation repository in general, or it can point to the specific documentation relevant to that repository (ie: The link in the revanced-manager repository would point to the doc on patching with the RVX Manager).

Additionally, there can be a small warning that the methods in the documentation are the only official ways to use your patches.
