Summary

Enable integration tests

Description

Integration tests are disabled due to being flaky.
Needed fix to Flutter is done here but not released by Flutter yet as part of official release(as of today latest stable is 3.27.2
There were many changes in both app and integration tests so we want to enable them in CI despite fix not being released yet but we don't want tests to be a blocker for PRs.
