[Bug] - Link to Release Notes in 'versions' page not working (https://inspectit.github.io/inspectit-ocelot/versions)

Describe the bug
The link to the Release Notes on the version page are not working.
For the current version, it just redirects to the current page.
For older version, it leads to 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://inspectit.github.io/inspectit-ocelot/versions
2. Click on 'Release Notes' (e.g., for v1.16.0

Expected behavior
The link should redirect to the correct release notes

I think the problem is that the redirected link contains v in front of the version, e.g.,
https://github.com/inspectIT/inspectit-ocelot/releases/tag/v2.0.2 (not working) instead of https://github.com/inspectIT/inspectit-ocelot/releases/tag/2.0.2 (working)
