correction of founder allocation schedule

With #195 the last correction assumed a block time of 18s which was the status quo back then. Currently, we're running at 12.7s per block and it may soon change to 6s with async backing. The payout schedule is running ahead of plan and here we suggest a remedy.

• TGE happened on 23.11.2021 which is 920 days ago
• paid out to founders so far: 379'109 TEER

calculation

target allocation for founders after 4y (on 23.11.2025, after 1461 days since TGE): 500'000 TEER (5% of token supply for both founders together)

payout up to today should be 500'000/1461*920 = 314'853 TEER

The amount already paid out corresponds to the target date of:
379109/500000*1491 ~= 1130 days after TGE which will be Fri 27.12.2024

solution

We suggest to cancel the payout schedule and set up a new schedule after Fri 27.12.2024. Both actions require a referendum. The founders trust in the social contract with the integritee network to re-instantiate the founder allocation payout when it is due
