#1587 introduces finality and fork handling finally. This should properly integration tested. We already have a setup to simulate network issues, which should lead to forks, but it is currently untested and we have to check if it still works: https://github.com/integritee-network/worker/tree/master/docker#run-the-fork-simulator
