Add an option to add synonyms to publishers, authors and places

A lot of publishers have different names throughout years, authors use different names and places have different names in different languages.

Good example of this is Státní nakladatelství politické literatury, that was later renamed to Svoboda, Nakladatelsví politické literatury (NPL), Libertas...

Proposal & Constraints

We can solve this by having an option to add synonyms, names in different languages and abbreviations to publishers, authors and places.

Re publishers: #200 #372 #2119 all relate. As yet we still do not use identifiers for publishers, we have just text strings.

Re authors: we already support a.k.a.

Re places and other subjects: #2819 relates, and it may eventually put an end to using text strings for subjects, but so far we still have to use them.
