"contact owner" link available for domains at auction

Rest-WHOIS provides contact owner link for domains at auction. The process works until the very end where one will push the send button to send a message to the owner and/or admin contact of the domain. The end result is

NoMethodError in ContactRequestsController#update

there should be no contact option for these domains as these are not registered any more.

this issue has been fixed at some point already. THere still is the recaptcha check and show full info button there that we could get rid off if its easily doable
