[gateway] inconsistent counters detected - please report to developer

a) [gateway] should be enhanced by adding some station / gateway info (SN, ...)

b) In case of unexpected errors, log the last response data

c) Implement "log once" for errors like unknown status, unknown codes etc.

d) Evaluate to log c) using sentry
