Description unclear for me

I dont understand the description for the mqtt part.
Where do i have to enter what ip?
In the adapter the ip of frigate?
And in frigate the ip of iobroker?
Where to put the port?
Maybe you could add an example configuration of the adapter and frigate config.

I am not very deep in coding etc., but maybe someone else has the same question
