[QA] migrate configuration to jsonConfig

Evaluate if migration of configuration to json Config is possble.

Longterm the config should be either jsonConfig or react based. To avoid a time critical migration , this evaluation adn migration should be scheduled.

• migrate existing config
• add variable to swicth to test mode (see [QA] eslint reports error at solarApiJson.js #300)
