I am using the adapter since a while for tracking my devices are there or not.
I found out that after a few days the clients are stopped being updated by the adapter, although they're online and fine.
My workaround was to restart the adapter each night, what helped a little.

But it is still too buggy. Right now I have a client (my smartphone) where the objects of the adapter for this client has been updated the last time two days before from now. But I see the client alive in my unifi dashboard - same MAC address, nothing from the device itself has changed to the identification parameters of the object tree in the unifi adapter on iobroker side.

While I am typing this, I simply press the restart button of the adapter and the exact same object tree of the client I described updated each state. No new objects or that I am in the wrong object-tree. It is just the fix: Restarting the adapter and the given states has been updated.

I cannot see when the updates are stopping and why - all I know is restarting the adapter fixes it within seconds.

Versions:

  • Adapter version: 0.7.0
  • JS-Controller version: 6.0.5
  • Node version: 18.17.1
  • Operating system: raspbian 11
