As terms are deprecated, what is the policy for doing this? Do you delete the term? Do you simply mark the owl:deprecated annotation as true? Do you move the term into a special hierarchy (e.g. obsolete class)? Do you provide a reason? Do you add an annotation to say what the term was replaced by?

Sorry just posting questions. There are a number of ways to do handle deprecated terms.
