google analytics plugin addCustomDimension() method accepts key as integer, not string #131

In the Google Analytics Plubin, the addCustomDimension(key: number, value: string) takes key as integer, not string.

The document is misleading and the type is wrong defined in the ts file.

It took me a while to figure this out.
