Same problem ... |
Using a guide from the Internet, I turned on the local admin account, turned off bitlocker under it, and then from sergeystrelec WinPE I reset the password on the account and made it local (not linked to microsoft id) |
idk WHY this is happening, but I do know HOW to fix it: On the login screen, you should be able to use another method to login, like using a password. Once you're in, all you need to do is setup a login pin again. If I can recall correctly, sometimes on the lock screen, you should be able to use your Microsoft account to fix that login attempt so that your user account reverts back to a password login, enabling you to setup a pin again. I'd say if this user does not respond and no one else is having an actual login issue, then you should close this after a year because then it's not a current issue. |
