Description

This is a tracking issue for the bindings needed for this library.

Requirements

go (required for hornet, wasp etc.)
javascript (node module type with NEON)

Stretch goals

c (not strictly necessary per sé, but a primitive for go and python)
python (might be useful for external projects / market adoption)
wasm (could be a community task)
