Add a collection of Q&As/Discussions happening in chat servers

Some interesting discussions/Q&As are not indexed, or not given a proper title, so that they can be referenced in the future.

If there's an interesting discussion (whether on Discord, StackOverflow or internally), a tracker/collection whereby they can be referenced in the future would be useful in my opinion

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
For example, have a look at the discussion happening at this channel. Super interesting, and the contracts team are doing their best to address questions. If that Q&A is properly indexed, future devs can search and briefly go over it.
