当多个 droplet 使用同一个 MySQL 时，每个 droplet 都会追踪订单的状态，但只需要一个 droplet 能追踪订单状态就行，考虑增加一个开关来控制是否追踪订单状态，相关代码：https://github.com/ipfs-force-community/droplet/blob/master/storageprovider/deal_tracker.go#L53
