• Enable Gateway on localhost IPv6 (ip4+ip6 by default) kubo#5905
• WIP – Add reprovider; Make provider much more robust kubo#6141 (need to pre-apply the existing provider strategy).

I could integrate the ipfs/kubo#5905 as it seems quite straight forward. Not sure, if I am able to do something about ipfs/kubo#6141. If you could provide more info about "invalid CIDs" I could work on that too.

The invalid CID's would be moving objects which do not pass checks in https://github.com/ipfs/go-verifcid from /blocks datastore namespace to separate directory/flatfs (directory under IPFS_PATH named .insecure_blocks).

If you want to handle some of them, it would be great.

Alright, I have to put my focus somewhere else for now, but hopefully, in two weeks I will be able to have a look on this. If somebody will take a stab before it, feel free and just please let me know so the work is not duplicated ;-)
