This extracts:
exchange/interface.goas go-ipfs-exchange-interfaceblocks/blocksutilas go-ipfs-blocksutilexchange/offlineas go-ipfs-exchange-offlineThe three extractions have been gx'ed, the module history has been retained in the new repositories, README, LICENSE and travis integration have been added. New gx deps have been pinned in the storage cluster.
This paves the way to extract exchange/bitswap (@dignifiedquire ) and to extract importers so they can be re-used by cluster.
