  • We heard complaints about startup time at IPFS Thing.
  • Startup previously/currently takes about 13 seconds, which is way too slow.
  • The slow startup, and people double-starting Desktop as a result, causes many of our errors. We saw this happen in Lisbon when helping someone debug a desktop issue.
