• we generate a map of these node locations worldwide with ipinfo.io. see https://ipinfo.io/tools/map/d2bd5a75-b528-4016-bd8b-53322a03dbc8

Describe the solution you'd like

• it would be great to generate a map of node locations with the same code that generates this map in ipfs-webui
• to do this, it would be sweet if that code was its own, separate module for us to use
• this is not a high priority item
