Add Register hyperlink in the homepage, which will redirect to Registration Page which you have to design.

Register Page

I have used the same theme as that of Login so that it does not mismatch .
Is it fine to make a PR?

@smily31 actually this register page has a very loud theme. I would like to have a UI which matches the project theme like light shades but attractive.
