Status for "Pending Payment" after Shipping and Invoicing #10

Hi,

it would be nice to have the possibility to set the order to a special state after invoice and shipment have been created. Example:

Order comes in
Shipment and Invoice are created manually --> set order to status "Invoice Payment Pending" instead of "Processing"
Set to complete after total has been captured

That way you could see for how many orders you are waiting for the money.
