il test case.98.xml (che trovi in responses/templates di spid-sp-test) crea un attribute statement vuoto
saml:AttributeStatement</saml:AttributeStatement>

il validator di spid che abbiamo qui
https://github.com/italia/Satosa-Saml2Spid/blob/master/example/backends/spidsaml2_validator.py

dovrebbe fare il detect di questa anomalia e tornare errore
