If the current approach causes confusion (too many verbs, hard to distinguish between them), we can use the following approach

gto model add / del <model_path> <mode_name>
gto version add /del <mode_name> <version>
gto stage add /del <model_name> <version> <env_name>

We can get all the options including the current one on the Notion page, get feedback and discuss which fits better.
