在官方issue里面找到一种解决方式：

cd ~/.oh-my-zsh/custom/plugins/zsh-autosuggestions

用 vim 打开 zsh-autosuggestions.zsh 文件，修改 ZSH_AUTOSUGGEST_HIGHLIGHT_STYLE='fg=10'

但是我这边按照这种方式设置还是没有效果，最终通过改变iterm2的透明色来解决了
