rollback framework could not be initialized, 这个错误信息
如下是我的解决方法：

打开具有管理员权限的命令行窗口

单击开始按钮；
在搜索框中输入“cmd”；
右键单击cmd选run as administrator
输入如下命令：net user administrator /active:yes
以管理员身份运行TeamView安装包进行安装
