On android phones, the pause/play button needs to be clicked twice after the full-screen/non-full-screen switch to play normally

this bug seems to be related to react-native-video (and not react-native-video-control) : TheWidlarzGroup/react-native-video#1945

there is a PR (waiting to be merged since march) that seems to work pretty well : TheWidlarzGroup/react-native-video#2311
