对于 JavaScript JSDoc 注释的支持, 使用了 TypeScript Salsa 完成.

但是有些点目前支持还是不到位.

类型引用:
microsoft/TypeScript#14377

@callback:
microsoft/TypeScript#7515
目前没有支持, 但有其他语法能达成类似效果.
