Would like to run this with lineageos - android 11 instead of the built in fm radio

i would like to run this on a GT-I9301I (Galaxy S3 Neo) (Cortex A7) on android 11, can i do it without deleting existing data and apps? i would also like to record in other formats like WAV,FLAC,OPUS, i was trying to do it myself on the built in one but this might be a better source

The codebase here is compatible only with Android 12 (API level 31) and newer platforms.

thanks, i guess i have to try editing the original in android studio to see if i can change the codec from there but i would also try an android 12 rom just to try this
