Check if it's possible to sort tags by priority and provide at least class name and maybe some additional info.

Great. I created a first pull request for tag order and priority field. If you accept that one I can create a new one for my commit "Add option for adding C/C++ scope name to output", but you may want to make it more generic or tweak it for other languages.
