reasons to add:

it's used by iCloud's hide my e-mail feature
any number of aliases can be generated by user of apple device
aliases could even redirect to totally different 'real' address, not only to 'regular' icloud.

reasons why this shouldn't be special exeception:

it's tied to existing account but same applies to firefox relay and simplelogin which are listed.
it's paid but firefox relay and simplelogin also paid

I think the domain you want is: privaterelay.appleid.com and not icloud.com
